The Junior Service League (JSL) of Grand Junction recently awarded a $25,000 grant to the Community Hospital Foundation for implementation of a new cancer rehabilitation program at Grand Valley Oncology. GVO Let’s Go! is a program designed to provide cancer rehabilitation and education for patients in the Grand Valley. The funding provided by JSL will go toward purchasing Pilates equipment and instruction, cognition assessment and management tools for patients undergoing chemotherapy treatments, patient education materials and resource documents, staff training and more.
